You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Standard Products: Orders for regular, non-custom items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not been dispatched.
Customized or Special Orders: Orders involving custom lab setups, configured trainer kits, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Please provide the order number, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation is possible and guide you through the next steps.
Once an order has been shipped:
It cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return following our Return Policy, if applicable.
Refusal to accept delivery without a valid return authorization will result in deductions from your refund for logistics and handling charges.
In most cases, no cancellation fee is charged if the order is cancelled within the allowable period and prior to shipment. However, the following may apply:
For special orders: A cancellation charge of up to 50% may be applied to cover material procurement, labor, and administrative costs already incurred.
For prepaid orders: Payment gateway charges (typically 1.5–2.5%) may be deducted from the refund amount.
Approved cancellations will be refunded as per our Refund Policy, usually within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Lab Sathi reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that:
Fall outside the permitted window.
Relate to customized items already in production.
Appear to be made in bad faith or as an attempt to misuse our policies.
