Refund Policy – Lab Sathi

At Lab Sathi, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy outlines the terms and procedures for processing eligible refunds in connection with returns, cancellations, or product/service issues.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Approved product returns initiated within the valid return window and in accordance with our Return Policy.

  • Orders cancelled within the allowable cancellation period and before shipment.

  • Receipt of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, verified through our internal assessment process.

  • Non-delivery of products due to logistical failure (upon verification by the shipping provider).


2. Refund Process

Once your return or cancellation is approved:

  1. You will receive a confirmation email with the refund details.

  2. The refund will be processed using the original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

  3. Refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account. This timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, has missing parts, or shows signs of use or damage not due to our error.

  • If shipping costs were incurred and the return reason is not due to a fault on our part.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-built or specially configured lab equipment.

  • Downloaded or activated software, training materials, or e-learning content.

  • Perishable or consumable items such as certain reagents, chemicals, or glassware once opened or used.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. First, check your bank or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider; some processing times may take longer than expected.

6. Refund Disputes

In case of any disputes regarding the eligibility or processing of a refund, the final decision rests with the Abonics India management after an internal review. Our goal is always to resolve concerns with fairness and transparency.
