Both models offer 6 programmable heating modes, pulse mode with bidirectional stirring, auto-restart function, keypad lock, and large digital displays that show speed, time, and actual/set temperature. Safety features include a safe temperature circuit (cut-off at 375°C or 575°C) and LED indicators when the plate exceeds 50°C.
